The Beachcomber Bay Room

This room is named after the bay you will see across the lake from your bedroom. Enjoy the evening from a private balcony in your room; the views over the lake are wonderful, you can often watch the osprey fishing or enjoy the city lights reflecting off the water. The sounds of the lake, the waves lapping in the evening will ensure that you have a great rest. Queen sized bed, balcony, ensuite, and also has a desk with wireless internet access.

The Jade Bay Room

This room over looks the lake and feels like the guest is right over the water. The views are spectacular. Queen sized bed, private bath – located across the hall, desk and wireless internet access.

Common Areas & Breakfast

There is a common room that has a small fridge, microwave, toaster oven and coffee machine for your convenience. It also has a small table couch and TV. This allows you to make small snacks and drinks without having to go to the main kitchen. If you prefer to have a little quiet time in private, this area comes well-equipped.

Cancellation Policy

Notification of cancellation must be received 14-days prior to date booked otherwise the full length of your stay will be charged if we are unable to resell the suite(s)/room(s). Please note that should you leave earlier than planned, you are responsible for all your nights booked unless we can resell them.

Rates are based in Canadian Dollars.

Rates are based on double occupancy.
The room can only accommodate 2 persons – no additional person.
Taxes that are applicable are not included in room rates.

Daily rates include a delicious, full breakfast.
We do not provide daily maid service.

Check-in is between 4pm – 6pm unless otherwise pre-arranged.

Payment Policy

We require a credit card number to secure your booking. Payment will be processed upon arrival – cancellation policy applies. 1-night deposit in order to guarantee your reservations. For reservations of 4 nights or more, a 2 night fee will be charged.

Meet Your Hosts

David and Mary Jo O’Keefe are long time residents of the Vernon BC area and we look forward to being able to welcome you into our home. Our home is located on the shores of Okanagan Lake, we are minutes away from the Vernon Yacht Club we also within easy driving distance to several world class golf courses.

Mary Jo moved with her family to Vernon in the early 70’s. After she left for university, she spent the next 25 years working in the tourism industry in both Vancouver and Calgary. She moved back to Vernon in 1991 to take on the job title of: Managing Director of Vernon Tourism. We have been operating the Okeefe’s Landing BnB since 2009 and Mojo Wine Tours since 2004.

David moved to the area in the late 60’s and worked as a ski coach at Silver Star while he operated a sporting goods store in town. For the past 19 years, David worked in the real estate industry. Now retired, he enjoys being at home, lots of travel and skiing in the winter. We operated mojotours since 2004 and sold it in Feb of 2024. So feel free to ask us all your winery questions.
